Bond Graph model of dynamics of the particle is shown in the Figure down below. It consits of two
1-branches, which describe summation of forces acting on the particle and two inertial elements I
, which describe the inertial forces acting on the particle: dpx/dt and dpy/dt,
where
px = m∙vPx, and
py = m∙vPy.
are the x and y components of the particle momentum.
In addition on the right 1-branch acts the gravity force, the particle weight: -mg. See gravity effect.
